Take Your Measurements
To be more accurate in finding the best size for you, use a tape measure and take the measurements described below, making sure you stand with your back straight and that the tape measure is kept level.
BUST
Measure around your shoulder blades, under your armpits and over the fullest part of your bust making sure the tape measure is not too tight. For bras, also measure the area just under your bust.
WAIST
Measure around the narrow area of your waist, or your “natural” waistline, about an inch above your navel.
HIP
Measure around its fullest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your waist.
INSEAM
Measure the inside length of your leg from your ankle to groin, when you stand with your legs straight. This can also be measured on a pair of pants with the proper length.
