Orders:
• At this time, we do not administer even exchanges via our online store. If you require a different size we highly recommend re-purchasing the correct size if it is in stock and returning the other.
• If any adjustments need to be made, please contact us right away.
• We work hard to ensure we fulfill all orders in a timely and efficient manner but there are instances where our stock depletes quicker than our system recognizes.
• You will not be charged for your out of stock item(s) and the total balance due will change prior to processing.
• If you would like to modify your order, please email customerservice@madisonsniche.com for further assistance.
• If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us within 2 hours of purchase. Unfortunately there are no guarantees we will be able to halt processing and shipping but our team will do their absolute best to accommodate!
• Items can be gift wrapped for $6.95 per bundled item(s) for online orders. You may also opt to include a gift message! Don't worry about the price tags, we will remove them!
• Please note that gift wrapping may vary per item as required, but will most always include: tissue paper, cellophane, raffia ribbon and an optional gift message.
• Items in a gift order may ship from separate locations, we will accommodate as best we can.
• We process, pack & ship all in-stock items within 24-36 hours.(Business Days). Please allow up to 48 hours during November & December for your order to be processed.
• In the event that your tracking still says Pre-Shipment past this window -- it is possible the carrier has not yet updated your tracking information.
• Please allow 5-8 full business days for your order standard shipping order to arrive. If the problem persists, please contact us or the carrier for further assistance!
• Sign into your Madison's Niche account and check your "Orders" tab
• Click on your order confirmation email
• Click on your order shipping email
• We cannot change the billing address once an order has been placed, however we can change the shipping address.
• It is crucial to notify us of this update as soon as possible so we can make this change in time. There are no guarantees but we will do our absolute best to accommodate you!
Our Shipping Options:
• Starting at $7.95 standard USPS shipping orders less than $75 (domestic U.S. only)
• Standard USPS Shipping Flat Rate of $6.95 on clothing orders $75+ (before tax) (domestic U.S. only) (Exclusions may apply)
• 1-Day USPS Priority Mail Express starting at $23 (rates will vary) *Please be mindful of Business Days and Holidays*
*Pricing will vary based on cart weight. Please note that our shipping promotions are applicable online only. In-store shipments will have different rates.
Discounts:
• Yes, we do! Please attach a photo of your current Military, Student or Teacher ID and send directly to: customerservice@madisonsniche.com (you may blot out sensitive information, please leave your name and date of issue/expiration legible).
• Once this is reviewed and approved by our staff, you will be added to our discount list and an active 10% discount code will be sent directly to your email!
• One discount code may be redeemed per order
• Discount codes are not redeemable in-store
• Discount codes may be assigned to certain collections only for a certain time. Please see promotional terms/conditions.
• Discount codes cannot be redeemed on clearance item(s)
• Certain select items may be excluded, see product page for details.
Others:
• We offer two different types of gift cards: physical In-Store Gift Cards and digitally emailed E Gift Cards.
• Physical gift cards can be purchased in-store or online and are redeemable in-store only.
• E-Gift cards can only be purchased and redeemed online.
• Our two systems unfortunately cannot communicate and funds cannot be transferred.
• Once you place your online order for your E-Gift Card please allow up to 12 hours for processing.
• Please be sure to fill out all the correct email information of the intended recipient.
• MN Rewards automatically generates "flow credits" that can be used towards your next online purchase. These flow credits must be used within a certain time frame, as they do expire.
• Once a flow credit expires, it cannot be re-issued and redeemed. If there is a mistake, please contact us directly at customerservice@madisonsniche.com
• If you are within the time window and the credit is not working, please be sure you do not already have a coupon code or a sale item in your cart - as this may be causing conflict. Discounts cannot be combined.
• Online Credits may not be redeemed in-store at any time.
